How do we do it? By arresting the facts!
First, all credit details are added to a specially created online database. This allows you to run, at any time, comprehensive reports via our Web Reporting System showing all available credits. In addition, Stratton agents can easily check on your applicable credits at the point of sale and again at the time of ticketing.
There's an additional safeguard (can't be too careful these days). Stratton's Credits Management system will automatically send you an e-mail each week reminding you of all your accumulated and very usable credits, beginning 60 days prior to their expiration.

90% of all tickets issued by Stratton Travel Management are processed electronically and 4.36% of these are unused and unclaimed (based on industry averages) by the traveler.

Stratton Travel Management has implemented an automated system that identifies all E-Ticket transactions and reviews them three days after the last travel date, alerting us of any unused flight coupons. We are then able to print these coupons for refund processing or in exchange for future travel.
